La Casa Nómada #InspireBuenaventura

After the Caribbean ways of Tolú, we headed for Buenaventura on the Colombian Pacific coast. During 3 months, we trained a group of 9, some with no previous experience in theatre, in playback theatre with monthly public showings. The objective of this training course was to offer playback theatre as a tool for the strenghtening of community ties & as an innovative way to share and preserve the memory of Buenaventura.
The project won a grant from the Colombian Ministry of Culture and was supported in Buenaventura by The Bank of the Republic and local organisation Fundescodes.

Creation & implementation of a temporary artistic & cultural space in a small town of 30,000 inhabitants. La Casa Nómada popped up in Tolú for 3 months, offering theatre workshops, film screenings, concerts, theatre, performances and welcoming 4 artists in residency.
